gutless after ECM recall???

gutless after ECM recall???
Hi all new here so hope this hasnt been covered. Just got my wifes 2005 330 Magnum back from the dealer after the ECM recall. They said they had to replace it but now it has a very noticeable lack of power!!! Anyone else have this problem???is there a timing curve thats programmed in these or any ideas??? thanks.
