99 scrambler pulls to right???

Drain both front hubs and then refill with polaris hub fluid. Don't fill them all the way up, turn the tire so the hole is at like 2 o'clock and then fill it till it gets to the hole. This usualy fixes it. I usualy change my hub fluid every summer.

Remove the end cap and make sure there is nothing right there that will get hit and drill it out. Find out what size the hex screw is and redrill and tap it. I seems like a pain but it is really easy. You just need the right size bit and tap and a new screw. Once you get that should only take a few minutes.
