Default Sportsman 600/04 need advice

Ok all, looking for advice. My 04 600 has been through the ringer she spends more time at my dealer than i do riding it.Again i am eating coolant no leaks and still no fix we replaced a # of parts. This is after we replaced the rings and riped it apart.
Weve done cylinder leak down test. results are good. I am also loading the crank with fuel. After a 50 mile ride shes ticking and sludge coming out of exhaust. The oil is like all fuel and runs right of the dipstick. the oil is then 1/2 inch overfull on the stick. The engine at 500 miles ran out of oil on a long trip used it all except 1/8 of an inch at the bottom nothing on the dipstick.
She is also overheating and bubbling in the reservior container.I am not a mechanic but i'd say shes done at only 1000 miles.Polaris is looking at it but I am furious. This machine has been a nightmare and i am looking for them to replace the whole engine.Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.I need some support on this as i love the polaris machine and I am really upset that this unit is doing this. Are there any other 600's having ring isssues or overheating all the time.
Should i just get a 700 engine and put it in? Oh its out of warrenty but it has been an issue from get go so what if anything would you use to get polaris to stand up and replace a defective engine.
Concerning thing is that polaris SAYS there have beeen no other 600 units with these many issues, they have been strong? Then why are they no longer making the 600 block?
And what should i do?
HELP PLEASE ALL SUGGESTIONS NEEDED

WOW!!!!! I would be furious too! Polaris should stand behind a lemon like that. Keep us posted as to what happens.

A new head gasket was installed when we did the rings less than 300 miles ago.We also replaced the coil and wires as 1 plug wire was cracked.Replaced CDI as well and stator. Also Needle valve and seat ring in carb.

Sorry to hear about your problems Mudlover. My 600 has been running strong since day one, she's never been to the dealer, and I do run her hard, mud, rocks and deep snow. I'm over 800 hard miles and no oil or coolent consumption yet. I do change all fluids twice a year and have a temp gauge.

Maybe a different engine is the way to go. From what I understand only the crank and connecting rods are different from the 600 to 700. (correct me if I'm wrong) Sounds like your motor got dropped on it's head as a baby.

I'm glad to hear Polaris is working with you. Hope your back on the trail soon.

Oh, and I do check on half a dozen different Polaris forums, so I guess a radiator hose rubbing on the frame, slack in the throttle cable (ETC), snorklng the coolent overflow, grade 8 bolts in the suspension and other things I learned to watch out for either prevented a trip to the dealer of made for an easy fix.

Your problem my friend is not an easy fix but I hope they sort out your machine and be done with it.

Oh i beleive your right!!!She must have been dropped on her head!
The fuel loading in the crank is still the puzzling one Polaris says it is the shaking of the carb through the mounting bracket that is loading excessive fuel into the engine and in turn it cannnot burn enough so it gets loaded into the crank?
I hope this fixs her as my patience and polaris's is at its end.
If im still not happy they say i will get a 1000.00 credit towards a new bike.If i trade it but the dealer really doen't want her Imagine that so i would be taking a 4000.00 wash.Tough to handle!!
The bike they recommended to me was their 700 EFI.That was POLARIS RECOMMENDED! !!
Im convinced that they should fix my bike at all costs!!
I will say polaris is still # 1 with warrenty as it is an 04 and they are still covering all costs.
