I been tryin for a hour now to try to get the bolt of the axle the lockin bolt. the axle is loose and the bearins dont have 4 hours on them. the dust seal on the right side is comin out. Any one got any ideas on getin the bolt off and why the axle is movein back and forth? i been usein 2 barker bars and pipe wrenchs.

First "righty tighty-lefty loosey" These are standard threads. Second lots of wd-40. Third use breaker bars as they work better than barker bars. LOL Just kidding. I couldnt get those off my 99 scrammy either. I struggled for 30 minutes and got maybe a full three turns. I used a cut-off wheel and cut the nuts down to the axle but not deep into the axle. Then I got a pry bar/screwdriver and split the nut at the cut line. Then they came off real easy. Clean the threads with a wire wheel and buy new nuts from Polaris.
