Default Attn. 250 PWK Carb Owners

I bought a 35mm PWK and I can't get the thing jetted right. I sputters in the mid range no matter where the needle is. My 250 has a .060 over Wiseco Piston, Wiseco Hot Rod, Hot Seat Pipe, and no airbox. I got the carb from Ritter and both he and HPD are stumped. I live in Ohio. I run a 170 to 180 on the stock carb. Can every one tell me what they are running: main, needle, air screw. This thing is driving me crazy, it cost $325 and it just sits in the box.

the carb is probably to big for your machine..without porting i would think anything bigger than the stock carb would be to much, maybe im wrong though..

Ritter is one of the best in the business and that is the carb he recommended.

i know rick is the best in the buisness, ive used him for lots of work..the carb you got is probably the best for your machine but ive heard lots of people on here say if you dont have port work then a bigger carb is useless and will be a pain to get it jetted properly.
