i'm having trouble puttin power to the ground with my new trail mods. i have itp 589's all around and they did a good job until i did the trail mods. with all the extra power they spin very easy in anything but mud. whats a good all around tire that will fix this problem. remember when you make your suggestions that i'm limited by the goofy 25-12-10 back tire size for this bike.

You can also gear them up.

taller gears (smaller rear sprocket, or larger front sprocket) this will prevent wheelspin and increase your top speed.

Going up one tooth on the front sprocket will probably do the trick.

i really have trouble on tall wet grass. i can be going 25, 30 mph on flat ground, then transition onto a hill with some tall wet grass and i'll lose all my speed and just sit and spin. in awd it doesn't happen but these are situations where before the mods i wouldn't even think about needing the awd. is this probably going to happen no matter what tire i use becuase of all the extra power? maybe i should use awd all the time now. it steers so much better in 2wd.

you really shouln't be having that problem i have more power than you and less weight on my smaller tires and dont have a traction problem.

Reids,

Check into your gearing before you go changing. with yours being 4x4 like mine, it can really mess things up because you will have different tire speeds between the front and rear.

I am going to run the ITP ATP's on mine I think, or the Maxxis Razr II's, both on the ITP C series Type 7 rims. My Dad has the ATP's on his Brute Force and they performe AWESOME!
