Default Scrambler Drain Plug Questions *PICTURES*

Could someone please tell me which drain plugs are what. This is a 2002 Scrambler 4x4 2 Stroke Drain Plug Pictures

I believe they are:

A. Crankcase
B. Counterbalance
C. Starter
D. Recoil

Is this correct?

IF THIS IS CORRECT WHAT IS THE CRANKCASE DRAIN PLUG FOR?

IS THERE A REFILL FOR THE CRANKCASE?

One is for the crankcase (this would be used to drain excessive fuel in the bottom end or water contamination) the next one is the counterbalance drain, the next one would be the recoil housing drain..You will also have one for the tranny. This is looking from left to right in your picture.
