Default 400 SCRAMBLER RUNNIN HOT

does any body have any ideas to keep running cool have second radiator and inline coolers with eletric fan ?

Keep your radiator clean.You may need to remove it to get ALL the mud and stuff out of it.

run some engine ice!!thats what i use and my fan isnt even hooked up,no problems with running hot..

I agree with the previous post regarding cleaning the radiator. One of my Scrambler 500's was getting hot. I had two problems. One was the fan motor had burned up, and the other was that the bottom third of the radiator fins were clogged with mud. It was hard to see the clogged radiator through the DG front bumper. I removed the radiator and cleaned it with air conditioner coil cleaner. It is an acid based cleaner and it worked great to clean the grime off the aluminum fins.

I also purchased an aftermarket SPAL fan for less than half the price of the Polaris OEM fan. Some minor modifications and the fan works better than the original one and has a sealed motor.
