I have a 2001 ho in the shop now that they just replaced the clutch but the mechanis says that the engine vibrates on excelaration and he has called polaris and can not figure out where the engine vibration is comming from and polaris is no help. The mechanic says he has checked the engine mounts and something about shaft run out and they are fine. The vibration I guess was always there even before replacing the clutch. The engine does not vibrate at idle just accelaration. Has anyone had this problem? My mechanic can't seem to figure it out and the next step is to open the engine and check it out.
What should I do.
