I am ordering maxxis bighorns on a type 4 series wheel for a yellow SP 500 should I order the machine or the black color. I am kinda leaning towards the black but I'm not sure if they will look very good on a yellow SP 500.

Any opinions?

easyest way to tell, cut out 2 cardboard circles the size of your rims, paint them black, and tape them over the current rim to see if you like the shadeing. my 2000 Sportsman 500 H.O. has black steel rims on it and its yellow, very slick. you can get a general idea of what it looks like of the 500 on the trailer in my picture gallery.

 

take a digital picture of it and download it to your computer. then go to paint shop or whatever photo set up you have on your computer and paint the rims whatever color you want. that way you can try several different colors. i did that when i was trying to find the right color for my rock guard on my trailblazer.
