2006 polaris 800 pulls to right

2006 polaris 800 pulls to right
I bought a new 800 sportsman and it pulls to the right so bad the front tires are starting to wear with 77 miles on it. Only been ridden 2 times and is back at the dealer that cant figure what is wrong with it. Was wondering if anyone has had simular problems and if I can make the dealer give me another 4 wheeler. Thank You.

They should be able to fix it, sounds like a bad alignment, tie rod or CV joint.
Dont let them off the hook until its fixed.
You may need to contact polaris or take it to another dealer if they are incompitent.

kinda sounds like what happened to mine and it wasnt realeasing from AWD on the right side. usually due to lack of hub fluid. dont know if that is the problem, but mine did that. good luck

RYFOM, too.
Sounds like a lemon not releasing from AWD to me, too. If it does not release after being run in reverse in 2WD and crancking the bars fully from full right-to-left something is amiss.
And I also agree, do NOT let the dealer give it back unless it is right.
An ATV that badly out of alignment from the facory would be VERY odd.
Someone making 7 bucks an hour assembling new quads, however,
could get one that bad out of whack.
