I am wanting to put a split brake kit on my 1999 400 Scrambler and was wondering if anybody knew right off hand what master cylinder Rick sells in his kit. I would like to stick with a POLARIS master cylinder. I see Hot Seat sells one for like $210.00, but Rick has them listed on his site for like $140.00, which is a lot cheaper.

 

Ricks website hasn't been updated in a while so it may be more than that.

 

Give him a call and ask him. As good as he is to customers, he may tell you how to do it yourself.

 

donl;t know what master rick is using but a big boss has the brake on the right hand side I beleive 99 so that level can be used.

 

Unfortunately that kit has been discontinued . What was used was a magura master cylinder . I believe one can get a master cylinder from a Polaris 6 wheeler .

I believe our friends at Hot Seat have a kit to split the brakes that is available . I am a Hot Seat dealer if you wish I can get one for you .
