What do you meen a primary spring. Do you have to get a different spring for the 800 primary to work correctly on the 700?

 

You don't HAVE to but it will perform better.

 

Does it raise the engagement RPM?

 

The 800 primary is the way to go, you will have awesome take off power turning those 27" tires. I am running HSP Green primary spring and need to step to j-58 gram weights, with 56 gram weights i am hitting the rev limiter.

 

Engagment rpm is raisea little but it's hardly noticable NFOX has the exact same set-up we are talking about he can tell you how he thinks the engagment feels.

Also, I already have a heelclicker kit, could I use either the white or orange spring for this or do you have a different primary spring?

How much difference is there honestly between the heelclicker kit and going with the 800 primary..
Is the heelclicker kit a waste of time?

 

I have the 800 primary with the heelclicker in it right now. The 800 primary gave me more performance vs. the heelclicker but with the heelclicker you are able to tune in your primary. With the heelclicker weights you can add or subtract weight so you can tune it dead on. With other weights you have to guess, if you buy some weights and if they are to light well then you have to buy more weights. If you buy some weights and the are to heavy then you have to buy more weights or you have to grind them to reduce weight. With the heelclicker you just add and subtract weight thats what I like about it.

 

Yes you cna adjust them which is good until one of the screws or adj. come out and you have to buy a new clutch adn it gets damaged we see it all o fhte time with snowmobile applications too.
