10" wide front 12" wide rear i belive are your limits, i think there will be a little rubbing but not much, as far as how tall, i think you can stuff a 28" in there with light rubbing while shocks under full compression

I am running the 14 inch XTR Mudlights with no problem @ all. I am also running the power commander. Have you messed with the map @ all. Mine hits the rev limiter if I stand on it from a dead stop, right before shift out and it drives me nuts. I also have the heelclicker and I have played with there spring, stock and polaris white and they all do it. I need to do the MV or ranger springs due to the winch and brush gaurd.
I have a pic of the whhels and tires in gallery.

Hey Mudboss thanks for the info. Thats the setup I'm looking for. I know you said your using the 14" rims are the tires 27x10 front and 27x12 rear. If they are have you had any problems with rubbing the fenders at all? As far as the rev. out I haven't made any clutch adjustments as of yet nor have I adjusted the fuel map that came preprogrammed in the power commander unit. That would lead me to believe your rev out problem has something to due with the clutch engagement. Sorry I'm not more help I'm going to tackle the clutch last after I get the new tires. The new springs are great they make a huge difference my front end was sagging bad with the added weight.

I am running 28x10x12 gators on Vision rims and they clear by a bunch. I have been running the 1" HL wheel spacers on the front just for the extra width. With all the extra width and weight my front wheel bearings need to be replaced already. $120 a pair from polaris 38.00 from a aftermarket place.
