Default PRED 500 JETTING

I have an 05 500 and just ordered a Yosh full system and K&N snorkel air filter system to replace the lid and stock flat filter set up. Stock jet is a 150. Any recommendations on what I should jet up to. Use is just about always at sea level. I was told 165 to 170? Also, I have heard that I have to adjust the needle to the 4th position and then also adjust the fuel / air screw?

Thanks in advance.

165 seems a bit high....

With a k&n drop in and a Yoshi slip on at 1100' I didnt need to rejet at all.

At 150 jet I am running SUPER lean at 1000 ft elevation and around 80 degrees.

Im going to a 160 and everything is stock so I would say start at 165 to 170 and go up.

I'm at 1100ft with a 155mj, you see my mods and I'm a bit rich as heatseeker says Preds are rich from the factory.
