Default Power Commander?

Just bought my 06 800 sportsman and it seems to have a little stumble off idle. Has anyone used a power commander to help this?

seeing no reply, and unable to offer one myself, i will say this:

It is possible that this stumble is simply due to the motor being new. i suggeest you complete break in procedures before you evaluate your machine's performance... if it still does it it might be a warranty claim.

Default Power Commander?

I don't own a Polaris but I do have a Yamaha 700R EFI and stock it did have a stumble off idle and after installing the Power Commander III USB the stumble was gone. Way better throttle response with more smoother power thru the entire RPM range. I highly recommend the PCIII if they have one for your application. If you don't have a lap top then get the 9V adapter so you can power up the controller without it being installed on the quad and down load a map to it from your PC.

there shouldent be any stumble from the 800. but i fully agree, break the motor in good, dont run it really hard till after your first oil change, then gradually start running it harder. the power commander dosnt really do much good on the 800 untill you pipe it and get a free flowing airfilter. but im sure you'll find all this out on your own
