Default What's my next Quad?

I have a 2004.5 polaris sportsman 500 and I think I'm want a little more sport and less massive ute. I've ridden the scrambler, a predator and a Honda 450. I really enjoyed the Predator! and if I could afford a outlaw I'd wait til spring and get that, but with the rapter 700 and the yfz 450r or maybe a txr450 out there I don't know what would be best for me. A little info on how I ride and where... Very fast trails with lots of small jumps and rocks Paragon ap in Penn is a favorite. We also go to hatfield mcCoy (absolutely beautiful) but doesn't take a lot of skill level to ride those trails. Well what do you guys think?

I think the Outlaw is going to be the trail quad of all quads. Irs on the rear of a sport quad has to be an awsome trail quad. You have the best of both worlds except for 4wd. I ride with a kfx700 and it does really well on the trails. I would say the kfx700, Scrambler 500ho, or wait for the Outlaw.

Knowing how long it takes me to make any big decision like this It'll probably be the outlaw for 2007, lol!! It definately looks like the outlaw is the sport bike for me . Especially on those deep rutted trails that I love sooo much. Well lets hope they make enough for the demand thats surely waiting. Anybody else waiting for one?

I would wait for the Outlaw. You have a quad for now and in 07 the bugs will be worked out on the Outlaw. I really think it is going to be an awsome quad.

I just cant wait for the outlaw to arrive . I was set on getting a raptor but they changed it . I had my buddies ds 650 for a while and it isn't fun riding with no ground clearence . I will never part with my wolverine but i want a sport quad that i dont have to baby on rocky trails . Come on polaris, Let's get that outlaw out .

Rick is right …..While I like the Polaris Sportsman line. In the sport class,The big Vtwin motor offers so many mod options it’s hard to over look.

We have some people building open class quads based on that platform and they just plain scare me to ride!!.............AND I’M FEARLESS!

Maybe i'm alone in this... but the Predator seems better suited for VERY fast trails. They're quick and definately the best handling machine in the industry. They are the most comfortable of all the Highest-Perormance class, (may be out done comfort wise by the KFX700, but not by much) and they are WAY more adjustable, leaving more potential for the future. I used to be a big Kawasaki guy, so the KFX is still a good machine in my eyes, fact is, my riding seems to sound a lot like yours, and i bought a Predator b/c i felt it better for that type of riding... good luck w/ you descision

^^^^^^ i agree with ScramblerXLE i hav the 05 TLD and its AWESOME!!!!! very comfy ride, very adjustible, great handling and power. Plus it has the close tranny for the tight and fast trails. With some mods its even better.
