Default EFI is sweet

Now that its gotten colder out I am really starting to appreciate the EFI system. My 700 starts like a dream. No more fiddling with the throttle and choke for me.

Yes, and if you go to high altitudes EFI does not lose near as much power!!!

I wish my trailblazer 250 had efi. It's so hard to start on cold mornings. It finally does though. Great little machine. Just wish it had efi.

I wonder why no one used efi a long time ago? It's been available for quite a while

I live up in the Great white north, and have always had my sportsmans started easily. I haven't started mine in a week or so, and temps have been -10 to -20 Celcius, and I started it up to load it on the trailer and came to life no problem. I just blip the trottle with full choke, once it is started choke off and gas off and she idles perfectly. I've never seen a hard to start polaris around here, hondas and yammys is a different story. Maybe it's just jetted right from the dealer for my temps??? With all this said, I agree, EFI is SWEET. More throttle response, more power and will adjust to different weather and alltitudes!

EFI is really nice, there is no doubt about that. There is another side of the coin though. Some people like to use their quads as submarines.
Grit and water in an EFI system. Hmmmmm not good at all!!!
It's going to cost big bucks if you ever do this.

BUY A SeaDoo! BUY A BOAT! quads don't FLOAT!....well i've read that they do UPSIDE DOWN! LOL!

i would never abuse my ATV like that. it takes WAY too long for me to save-up $8K for a new ATV.
