I was just curious on how many hours is needed to make sure that everything is set after a .020 bore and wiseco piston is installed on a 250 trail blazer? we started it up and let it idle in the garage for around 2hrs and then have roade it maybe 3hrs..would that be enough for everything to set? cuz i don't wanna start pinnin the throttle and tear up the new rings and everything and have to go thur another rebuild..thanks in advance.

 

For a 2stroke it is not good to let ideal fro a long time. When you do a rebuild all you need to do is make about 4 or five pass back an forth at differnt rpm's an don't keep it an steady rpm an no wideopen till done. Did you run a richer mix of oil the first runs too.
