TimH,

I'm also in the shopping phase for a 400 to 500cc ATV. Some of the best prices I have seen so far are at SouthernPowerSports, in Chatanooga, TN. They claim not to charge any additional fees (freight, Prep, etc.). It would be worth your effort to call them and get an out-the-door price. If nothing else you might be able to use this info as a bargaining chip.

Good Luck to you.

As much as I like my 005 and complain about the fuel mileage, I would not be too quick to jump on the 06 EFI wagon. I have a sneaking feeling in about a year, we are going to see corosion problems poping up from the new EFI models of all makers. For my money, I would stick with a well tested model. The only thing about riding this ATV is when I am climbing a very steep hill. It has so much ground clearance and the front suspention really likes to unload when going up a hill. It gives it a feeling of wanting to flip over before it should. For the most part though when riding this ATV, just point it and it in the direction you want to go and it will get there.
