Put a deposit on a Srambler 90 for my youngest last nite. His birthday is turkey day. Plan on leaving it in the back of the truck the nite b-4 see how long it takes for him to notice it. Was wondering how many other members have put there clones on a mini. What if any problems have come up? Thanks in advance for the input

Haha congrats MaineRider, I'm sure you will see a grin ear to ear and plan on bundling up turkey day no matter how cold it is out i'm sure!!

I got a 50 for my 6 yr old a couple months ago, so far doing great no real problems, Only once and awhile the auto choke seems to stick when first starting? anyone have a clue there or does the 90 have this as well?

Oh BTW, I rode a 90 last weekend that my buddy got for his yard ape, They have plent of get-up and go so be safe and have fun !!

Have a 90 sportsman for my son & daughter - looks like I will have to purchase another one - they both love it. Held up well so far, lots of deep, thick mud and they were cruising right through (more like OVER it, the light weight is a bonus). 4 tanks of gas and no problems yet, except a few small bolts loosening up - probably a delivery problem, but I recommend you check them weekly when doing maintenance.
I've heard Polaris will offer a light kit for these soon, that or I will just adapt some truck running lights to the existing housings.
Also purchased "Chatterbox" radios for the helmets - great investment. My Motorolas picked up too much wind noise and this allows you to talk to your kids and warn them of upcoming obstacles or talk them through a difficult spot.

Have a blast!

We picked up my sons 90cc Sportsman in August. My only real problem is him pestering the heck out of me to go riding. One problem the bike had, was the body mounts have pulled the plastic "through" and left cracks where it attaches to the frame at the front wheel wells. Replacement parts for these things are no where in sight.

Thanks everyone for the input. I actually took the 90 for a ride at the dealer. Figure if my Sc500 breaks I'll ride that the thing rips right along. I'll have to make sure the battery is charged in the camcorder. He's pretty excitable better have rescue on standby he'll probably have a stroke. Moms asking for one now. What have I started?????

Started a good thing costly but good LOL getting the family involved is not only fun for all but gives you an excuse to work on atv's and buy stuff for them! I did the same thing even bought a couple snowmobiles for us to use this winter. I have a freind who lives in Dayton and another who live in Limerick that is in your general area right?

Mainerider,

YOu will love the power of the quad. We have a E-ton 90 & they make the motor & tranny for the Polaris quads. The only problem we have had so far is one fouled spark plug. Not bad considering he has 500+ miles on it. Our quad has a top speed on level ground of about 30 mph.

Get them involved, more riding & less video games!

If you leave it in the bed of your truck , I hope the truck is locked in the garage . I have heard of many swiped right off trailers and truck beds .
Enjoy your new machine
