I think this dealer is blowing a lot of smoke and keeps finding excuses. I know spyder is just relaying what they said, plus I even called and they pretty much said the same excuse. The funny thing tho is, there will be out in a very limited amount, yet they say they got 4 coming next week. The 4 dealers around me only have 1 each on there list and that is sometime in Febuary. I might be wrong, but this dealer sounds like he tells people what they want to hear so to get them in there door, then blame the truckers, weather, or even Polaris why they don't have them when they say they will. They might get one, but 4, no way.

 

I called my local dealer today----this is a big volume dealer. They said nothing is imminent, maybe March. Hellloooooo Raptor 700.

 

for kicks i called my local Dealer. they said Feb.

we'll see how accurate that is! LOL!

I think you maybe right on this one GE4X4... But I don't see how this will benifit WAYNE'S POLARIS the dealership in LA GRANGE, KY. If he is misleading us, he's going to get caught in a very short time, and POLARIS will surely send some kind of replamand to him for delibertly misleading the public. And the $6,400 price ? I think it smells fishy I also called around and most dealers are saying as late as MARCH. Some of these dealers I called were in the same area as WAYNE'S, and like you said they are only getting ONE. If any,If this is a rumor,it will be short lived, he'll be out of excuses after the NEW YEAR!!!

 

Wayne's has never been one to lie to me, every time ive orderd something from them hes been spot on. and when i went to check on the outlaws (cuz i wanna ride one like crazy) he showed me the order list on the computer, it had the schedualed delivery for thursday. i dont think Jermey would lie to me, one cuz hes my friend, 2 he showed me the computer.

i donno, we'll see what turns up, but if they do come in next week like hes saying, your all getting me a cookie. a really big one.

 

If they get 4 Outlaws next week I will personally bake a batch of cookies and mail then next day air to you so they will still be fresh.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

SPYCER6... it's not that I don't believe YOU .. I guess we have just heard so much conflicting info. And I personal don't see how WAYNE'S could ever gain anything from misleading on this outlaw thing .. So let's hope and pray this will finely materialize... for us all, and especially for the dealer.. this will look bad for them, and if POLARIS has scheduled to deliver, I hope they don't fail now..as for the cookies I'd have to bake them myself, and you'd not like them..

 

FIRST POST...YEAH ME.

Anyway, I really do hope these things do start shipping out soon, I ordered one also and was told that it will be the first one delivered into Alaska. I was also told that they were only alloted one and it should be in by late Jan. It will be the only one coming into the State for a few months. I really hope they are right cause I REALLY want to ride this thing come spring time.

The deciding factor for me on this quad was the 3-year service contract. I figured with it being pretty much all new (except engine) I didnt want to take any huge cahnces with $7000.

Cant wait, and I am glad I finally found a place where others are interested in OUTLAW updates.
