Most of this stuff is only a rip off.

Use good quality synthetic motor oil and nothing else and you will be fine.

I agree. I have used PowerUp oil additive in the past religiously, but I dont anymore. The only PowerUp product I use now is the Thixogrease. This subject can go for years w/both sides claiming victory.

Additives are used to fix problems. What problems are you having with your oil?

use a good syn. motor oil, moble 1 ,suv 5w40, my choice and you won't need to waste good money on additives... just my opinion..

Most people who know a lot more about lubricants than I do (and aren’t trying to sell something) will tell you to stay away from oil additives. If you’re going to spend money on additives you’re better off with something in the fuel. With gasoline as volatile, perishable and subject to contamination as it is a dryer/stabilizer like Sea Foam is money well spent. It goes in all my fuel year-round.

The guys who design and engineer and build the motors, all say to use just oil, no additives. This goes for autos and trucks too. I tend to believe the people who know my motors the best. Time and time again, the additives are shown to be at best,,,benign.
The best advice is to change the oil when youre supposed to, which is after a time or mile limit has been hit or its become contaminated or dirty.

I don't use any additives except for sometimes a little Ford differential additive when needed.

I see no problem with using any of the stickers and decals included in the packages though .
