Default SP 700 AWD

Hello all, I bought an 2003 SP 700 and after about 80 miles ( 220 total) I was riding in the snow and the AWD would engage automaticly under full throttle. I would have to put it in reverse with the overdrive to dissengage. Any help would be appretiated.

talk to an INTELLIGENT dealer, (good luck), about updating the Hillard Clutch in the front gearcase and make sure they use only Polaris Premium Drive Hub Fluid. at the very least have the fluid changed, it should be done annually reguardless of hours and mileage.

peace

I would talk to Smith Sled Shop in Huntington, MA 413-667-5575. they installed the carb update on my machine at no charge, no questions asked and I didn't purchase my machine there and it was way out of warranty. you also may need the same if your machine runs poorly in cold weather.

go here and the update is on the 5th post, 2 pages, click them and print out for dealer

Everybody is right on about changing/checking the fluid in the front diff only use the Polaris Premium Drive Hub Fluid. Make sure about the carb update too.
