Oh Well, I wont loose any sleep over it cause she still runs like a scalded dog and tops out at 72+ mph. The 800 is the smoothest running ATV I have ever riden.

many say that the tranny doesn't really hook up until it has 2 or 300 miles on it, can't say that I noticed any big difference with my 600. your engine is all set for wot, just don't hold it there for long and make sure the fan has cycled once so you know you have reached operating temperature. modern engines don't really need traditional "break in".

I have a 04 SP 700 carb with a Warn bumper and 2500# winch on the nose. The bike is completely stock. I weight 240#, if I lean back and snot on it the nose comes right up to 12 o'clock. It has about 350 miles on it when i got it home from the dealer it wouldn't do it at all ???????? I did not follow any break in or anything at all. Beat on it from the day it came home. I think the main difference happened @ around 200-250 miles. Dont worry the 800 will do it

I have never been on an 800, but I have been on the 700.
I thought it came up pretty easy. Not like my sport quads, but fairly easy considering what it was. The most important part is timing your "pull" on the bars with the belt engagement (which is a fraction of a second after the throttle is pinned).
Even with weight on the front.... http://www.cvboyz.com/pictures/stunt.../PANA0525.html
