I have never seen a module for a carbed model. You can put a 800 primary clutch on it and gain alot of low end.

Sportsman70003--since i can not figure out the messenger thing...when you installed your spacers, did you use a spring clamp? I just got my spacers cut and I am going to install them tonight. Any advice is appreciated....
Also, your reverse override..is that a kit, or did you do it yourself. I got some instructions on how to do it with my 3 way headlight mod...but don't like the fact that the display will say error when the override is on.
Thanks for your advice....

soon to come...
800 clutch
800 header install
800 snorkle mod

DO you know all the part numbers for these mods??

I assuming your are talking about the spacers under the spring. I did use a spring compresser. Jack up the front and do one side at a time. Take your axle nut off and undo your tie rod end. Next put the spring compresser on. Then undo the the top nut on your strut. Then undo the 2 bolts on your strut housing that holds the strut shock in and then slide the strut shock out of the strut housing. Make sure you don't let you cv pop apart thats why you take the axle nut off to let the axle slide in and not pop apart. Slide you spacer on and reinstall everything back.

800 Header part # 1261445-029
800 Snorkle part # 5435932
800 Primary Clutch part # 1322495

I have the reverse override and will try and dig it out and give it to you. I know it works for the 03's but I'm not for sure it will work on the 04's.

I really think you can do it without the compressor since I have heard alot of people say they didn't use one. My dad has worked on cars for many many years (over 35) and he has almost any tool you could think of.

so, against your wisdom...I let the CV boot pop when I gave it one good pull downwards to get the spring out...
So, what do I have to do to pop the CV back together?

Well you need to take the big clamp on the cv boot off and then line the splines up and push it back together.
