a friend of mine is thinking about buying a 05 scram can you give me some pro's and cons

pro's and con's of the 05 scrambler

Pros ... it is the best all around trail machine out there
Cons.... limited topend....... but who needs topend inthe woods

I agree with the above statment.

Cons
-heavy for a sport quad
-hard to get to spark plug

pros
-light for a 4x4
-versatility
