Try this, I think the winch should mount to this even if you had to drill new holes. I have the same winch, let me know how you make out with mounting it. I would buy one before i made one.
The moderator bleeped out a link i tried to give you.
the link was to BigBuck. try searching them

I made my own winch mount a few weeks ago. I have a superwinch.
This picture is alright but you really can't see too much on the back side. http://forums.atvconnection.com/i/Ga...608/winch1.JPG
It uses the 4 nuts and bolts behind where the cover was. And than there is a piece of metal that come slightly downward and out where the winch is mounted to. On each side there is a little bit that goes up for just a little extra support. I was a little lucky there cause the scrap pieces I had laying around worked good. I then welded the 2 pieces together. I screwed up when drilling the 4 holes so I cut the corners out and welded in some slightly bigger nuts for the bolt holes. As of right now I've only used it for the plow on the front. I do feel it is very solid and feel it will hold up when I need it to do what I want it to.
But as for the winch now, it's only a 1500 pound unit and I should have bought a bigger one. I older guy told me once before I bought my millermatic 210 "buy small buy twice". Otherwise I would have ended up getting a 135 one of some sort. So a bigger winch is in my future.
