The rubber spacers I bought go in the springs. I bought them from pure polaris, so I figured they would be ok. Actually my dealer is great so I'm not worried about them trying to rip me off too bad. I just can't believe that they don't fit snugly in the springs. I tried lifting my plow with the spacers in the middle, but it didn't seem to do much. When I put the one at the top, it seemed to help. Will this cause any problems?

????????? Those rubber spring spacers are not meant for the newer quads with 8+ inches of front travel, the spring coil spacings are father apart than the older quads with 6" of front travel......

Does someone make the rubber spacers for between the springs for the newer quads that have more travel?

They are nice. but I bet they are real stiff. And second, 1" of lift on an 04 or older the nose will still be low.(If you have a front bumper and winch). The two inch conduit spacer idea works great and provides the smooth Polaris tough factory ride.(As long as you lift the bottom of the strut on the bottom the same 2"). And plus the bright yellow is horrible.

I made 2" spring spacers out of aluminum just like silverbullet did to stiffen up the front, and I also made a 1.5" strut spacer(it goes under the strut)I got about 1.5"of lift and it stiffened up the front a little bit doesen't nosedive when i'm hard on the brakes.

Found that the 1" spacer is great if you are just looking to get rid of the front nose dive in corners. It prelaods the spring perfectly you can see what I have on the quad winch, bumper, junk on the front rack plus me 250lbs rider. Got rid of the bottoming out issue coming down from jumps.
