polaris belt wont stay dry!
ive replaced the covers, and have a new seal. bolts are tight.
ive even snorkeled the exhaust for the clutch, but it still fills up in water.
where is it comming from?
i just put on a 800 primary and new belt and i dont want to waste good parts.
is there anything im overlooking, or some lil trick, or hold my mouth right?
so sad.

Try filling the belt housing up with water thru the outlet and see where it runs out. This should give you an idea where the problem.

seems like a forced entry.
it only gets wet when i ride fast.
ive replaced the inner seal behind the clutch, new clutch cover AND seal. replaced the factory intake and exhaust couplings with heavier rubber and clamps today, and also put RTV EVERYWHERE. inner seal, on the backing plate, on the clutch cover seal, you name it, its got rtv all over it.
going riding tomorrow, hope it stays dry. ive replaced every seal and cover, cant imagine why its getting wet.
maybe taking it all apart and RTV-ing it did the job.
thanks
