Polaris must have the clutching on the 05's pretty well sorted out. You may just have to play around with different primary springs to suit your riding style/conditions with your choice of aftermarket rim/tire package.

The Heel Clicker clutch kit will allow you to experiment with different clutch set-ups by adding weight and changing the weight location on the clutch weight arms. The Polaris boys over at atvquadsquad are the pro's with the HC system, check'em out.

Yes the Heelclicker kit will make a difference on the 05 models. I am a member in the www.atvquadsquad.com site that was mentioned. Come visit us there in the heelclicker forum. They have the kit available at a discount price. Ask about the COB discount,

I think you need a Big wheel clutch kit such as Dalton offers.

You would have to Tune the HC to work prioperly with your setup of oversize (and weight) tires.
