Default Oil & Temp Gauges in a 800 EFI

I read that a lot of you installed the oil and temp gauges in your ATV's, but I did not see a 800 install
Has anyone installed in the 800? I want to install on the motor side before I cut into the headlight pod.

Yah, it's just a IP checker
No harm done, but just let you know and be aware that your IP is always out there.

I think it is from Dana soft for free.

You can find a temp gauge at Quadovator.com that works fine in the 800 pod. They’re also about to come out with a combo Fan-On Override switch that lights up whenever the cooling fan turns on. The combination of gauge and fan-on light paints a much clearer picture of cooling system performance. If your fan is on and your temp is rising you know you have a problem way before you start puking fluid.

Personally, I don’t see any useful purpose of for an oil pressure gauge on these machines. We’ve been running 425s, 500s and twins since ’97 for a collective total of close to 50.000 miles and never once had an oil pressure problem. That extra gauge looks cool but it’s nowhere near as practical as the temp gauge. And if you install a mechanical oil pressure gauge (uses a capillary line from the engine to the gauge) you run the risk of it getting hit by a stick and rupturing, leaving you on the trail with a big oil leak. Just my opinion.
