Hey just wondering if anyone has put on exhaust system on any sportsman 500HO's?
Do they work, is the performance worth the money, was rejetting needed, what brand?
Seems like the sportsman muffler is so restrictive!

 

i have an aaen that i run from time to time it makes a slight diff and alot more noise.i since then have made my ..redneck stock muffler.. i took an 1/8 drill bit and drilled about 60 holes around the end of my stock pipe. when you want it quiet put little screws in it when you want more performance take some screws out. its tuneable and it works..

 

thats quite a system there, not really going for more noise i would like to keep it stock sounding. Just was wondering about performance upgrades thanx for info though
