hot seat pipe. clutch kit on xplorer 400 4x4
I have one hot seat pipe and hot seat clutch kit on my xplorer 400 4x4 2001. I have one force reed 2 too.
I ask you question about carb stock change jet main? with air filter stock. I want buy new hot seat head 12:1 ratio comp gas 92 octane. Which one better stock head or hot seat head?
My engine rebuild soon time put wiseco piston.

well its really hard to understand your post, which may be why your not getting any replys.
Im taking it you have a hotseat pipe, and matching clutch kit. (good) and you have the v force 2 reeds.
Im guessing you didn't change your main jet which you should have go up two size and check the plug color (do a search for plug chop its been discussed alot) to make sure your not lean.
as for the head you can get the stock head cut to 12 to one compression for under 50.00 to use 92 octane fuel. The hotseat head is nice but most of what you gain is cosmetics, the ability to adjust the compression ratio by changing domes, and increased cooling.
Hotseat has a foum on here you may want to post there and a hotseat tech should anwser your questions.

go for the head if you can afford them,if you ever wanna known,
i have a 14.1 dome set hot seat head that is collecting dust,
the hot seat head are better cauze of the bettwer cooling capabilities they offer and higher comp. dome ratio using premium gas.
as for wiseco is a great item to have done to it too,be sure the cylinder clearances is ok for that type of piston tough,

I find out about 14.1 dome head only race gas, 12.1 dome head gas super octane at 92. I will get one buy a new 12.1 dome head soon time. 12.1 dome head help much power bottom end mid end than stock head?
