Default still trying to decide

ok so i went with my buddy to the polaris dealer today and he was lookin to pick up the last 05 predator LE they had. i have been lookin into the 06 Predator TLD but the outlaw really caught my eye. anyone here have any opinons on either bike or experience? i can get the outlaw for like another 400 bucks so it really has me thinking. i sat on both and i liked the outlaw but i dont want to get the outlaw and have it not be what i thought it out to be. another friend of mine keeps preaching about the Yamaha YFZ450 as well so if anyone has input on that its welcomed as well!

The TLDs are pretty nice im actully looking at the new ones right now between that and an outlaw i know the LE has a few more extras pipe etc than the TLDs ... the outlaw is supposed to be an excellent trail quad and have a really good ride as far the YFZ its fast but its mainly for the track and it has no reverse if thats an issue and has to be rebuilt alot i hear its kinda like a 2 stroke engine 40-50 hours it really depends on where your riding if your going to be doing strictly racing the YFZ or LT-R450 would be a good choice...if you need alot of ground clearence for rocks, logs, ruts then the outlaw if just light trails and some racing predator TLD or LE if you decide on a preddy and the LE is cheaper i would go with that one

The Outlaw has been proving that it is a very lethal contender in races including GNCC. It has won many races over the 450's and the pred. It has lots of power but most of all the suspension on the mx track has been great. It handles woops, jumps, and corners better than the swing arm. It soaks up jumps and gets power to the ground faster. It can take multiple woops without missing a beat and corners extremely well. It may not have as much power as the 450's but with the irs suspension it gets more usable power to the ground over a swingarm setup. Most people think it was intended to be a superior trail quad but in fact Polaris intentions was set on racing.

yeah i was not fond of getting the yfz cause i do not plan on racing it but i have to remember my buddy is all about sticking to "what works" and he does not dig polaris at all. the problem with the outlaw and the tld for me is getting over the Pro IRS since its a new idea it take some time getting used to
