Well i found a tecate frame with all new tires, rims, and plastic for 300 bucks. Think i should get it and mount my motor into it?

 

i never had any experience with anything like that. But i actually do think it'd be slightly cheaper than chromolly.

Hey Jeff, I got your PM, but my box is full. (cant reply). The last time I got chromoly I paid like 2.65 per foot, for 3/4.
The rear subframe is easy to re-do. Or you could do the whole top section, including steering post tower. Are you trail riding and jumping? Or just drag racing? If your gona do a lot of hard riding, you may want to look into getting it tig welded.
