Hey guys.

My front hubs aren't engaging on my wife's 94 Sportsman. I had the hubs apart when I replaced the struts a few months ago, but according to the manual I've put everything together correctly. I don't understand what part isn't engaging inside of the hubs. In fact, I don't really understand how they engage at all -- I don't see any surfaces that appear to lock together. I only see the rollers, the cage and flat-edged drive jobbie, and the smooth inner surface of the hub. How does the magnetic jobbie engage it?

Any ideas on common problems that cause the hubs not to work? Both hubs are not engaging, and it appears (up under the steering housing) that I have 12v of power to the hubs.

do a google search on " Polaris Demand 4 Drive Electrical Testing" and follow the fist link to a procedure that may help determine if it is electrical or mechanical.
