Default primary clutch rebuild

Does anyone offer a complete rebuild kit for a polaris primary 92 vintage? I really need pins rollers, washers and roller bushings. By the way anyone have some 10-58 weights, and or an HPD red/yellow. I guess the Polaris red looks pretty close also on the charts.
Thanks, Doc

EPI sells the kits. Not sure about the 92's. Also be prepared to spend some coin.

TRy EPI for a rebuild kit.But the best bet would be to take the clutch to a shop that has the right tools to remove the spider.
On the HPD red/yellow spring and S58 weights that is what HPD uses in their clutch kit for the Trailblazer with their pipe.It has a very high engagment and you loose most of the lowend with it even with the weights.

Doc,

You might price all the parts needed for rebuild and then give me the number off your clutch.
I can sell you a new or almost new (used) primary clutch cheaper than parts and labor to rebuilt your old worn out clutch, If I have one in stock that is.

When we had one rebuilt by a dealer it was $125.00 and I supplied the parts.

I like the stock DK Grey spring from the 2003 400 Trailblazer and HPD secondary spring from their kit, I don't like the 58gram weights, it caused extra vibration.

Also did you try BIKE BANDIT. COM on the web.

good luck

Thanks, I can get all of the parts through my local dealer. I just thought someone would have a kit already made up and less expensive. I'll check EPI what is their website address? I'll google it.
The spider is already loose and ready for new parts.

You think the parts are high, wait untill you get the labor bill.

My dealer will usually rebuild my primary for 130 parts and labor. Not too bad considering all the tools you need. Sometimes you can find really good used clutches on ebay for less than that.
