Default overheating scrambler bad

ok i thought i had it fixed but i dont. coolent continues to spew from the resovior bottle. and the light comes on often. i have resorted to carrying water bottles with me and adding to the rad all the time. there is no mud or anything clogging the rad, i have replaced the fan switch, changed coolent, did the screw on head thing, changed rad caps (since coolent is never sucked back up, but not the case). i have also wired the fan to run full time. does anyone have any suggestions for what the problem can be. i just got back from riding the dunes in oregon and will continue to try to fix the problem tomorrow.

Blown head gasket dood. Been there done that. If it's running good but just spewing coolant out of the rezzie bottle then just pull the head and replace the gasket and you'll be set. Just use OEM head gaskets...stay away from cometic.

Had the same thing on my scrambler the head gasket leaks into the coolent and causes the coolant to bubble out the overflow. Scramblers are high maintenance.

Have you pulle d the radiator off and cleaned it out real good where you can see all the way through the fins?If so then I would bet on the headgasket.

Water pump impellers may be worn and not circulating coolent. But id check the head gasket. If you can psi test the coolent and let set overnight and hand crank the engine (dont start it)and remove the spark plug and its wet then the head gasket is bad.
If its cutting out at wot push the reverse overide button and see if it quits cutting out.
I hope I have helped.
