Default Easy Off on the backside of your Fenders? That's Crazy!

Ive been using WD 40 on every thing since i was a lil kid!! Especially lighting fires!!
Anyway ive never had a problem with it "prematurly drying" out my plastic. I think what MYWAYOUT is trying to say is it may deteriorate it but that isnt the case since ive been riding Dirtbikes and Atvs. Their plastic is mad to take abuse, and just to be a smart @$$ isnt plastic dry anyway? Pretty sure it is.

Not trying to argue, I just never had a problem with it making the plastic dull or dry out....maybe I was just lucky. Unless they changed the formula or something? Any way I use Plexis on my Sportsman now. Dealer recommended it. It seems to work well. Really brings out the metallic in the sonic blue plastic on mine.

I keep dirt on the undersides of my fenders. The new dirt just falls right off.

WD40 can be used as starting fluid when in a pinch.
The 40 in WD40 meens that it was the 40th formula. Atleast thats what i heard.
I myself would not use it on plastic.

2500 PSI water works good too.

now id like to give a nice little quote of mine to our local arguers, even though im guilty of schooling a few West Virginans in my time

"Argueing on the internet is like running in the special olympics. Even if you win, you're still retarded."

I use WD- 40 to spray the quad down after washing it. ALL over electrical and mechincal. But before a ride I Armor ALL the fenders to make the mud come off easier when washing later.

Your all wrong! Silicone spray is the way to go. It puts good stuff back into plastic. Use in well ventilated area.

So you can use all the WD40 you want and every once in awhile use the WD. It's all good.

Argue that. LOL

Peace out
