Just installed set of hot grips on my 2000sp.The resistor or whatever its called for high low settings got so hot under my headlight cover where I did all my tie-ins ,started to melt some of my wiring harness.On low the resistor is supposed to heat up but I did not think that much.Any one have this happen.I probably will re-locate resistor to different spot.
