Put a big disc!!! you will have as little ground clearance as me!! ahaha

Before putting on new pads chamfer all the holes on the roter it will decrease wear on the pads. Make sure you do both sides also. And it dosenrt need to be much.

chamfer= smoothing the holes' edges so their not so sharp (P.S. do this to a v8 crankshaft to get better oiling) How bout an extra drum brake inside the rim?

I just stumbled across a site that had a place listed that makes a supposed 'bolt on' bigger brake disk kit for some Polaris machines. The company is called FTR and their # is 800-429-9991.
I would see if they have one to fit their machine.

The pads will last longer if you rinse the mud from the rotor holes after mudding. Yes, it is a pain, but I don't mud enough to justify new rotors, etc.
