Hawkeye Sputtering

Default Hawkeye Sputtering

Whenever i got my hawkeye in the water on in thick mud it would sputter almot like the best was slipping but soon as i was out of water or out of mud it was fine one time it shut off no water in air box water wasnt that high(I was pushing the water high on the front) anybody had this problem? How did you fix it?

Default Hawkeye Sputtering

I rode my nephew's pretty hard the other day and it did the same thing everytime it got wet. My brother was going to study it and then probably take it back to the dealer. There are several other guys here having the same problem. I will get in touch with my brother and see what he has figured out. Someone else will probably post up here with some real info.

Yep, i fixed mine
















Just don't drive it in water. lol


I'm hoping putting some dielectric grease around my plug wire will help. I just haven't tried it yet.
