Default White smoke, coolant in case!

I have a 400 explorer 2 stroke , and had white smoke come out of the pipe and checked the crankcase there was coolant coming out. Not alot a few drops ,what would that be ?No coolant out the weep hole, or in counterbalance area.

That typically means the head gasket is gone.

I have the head off, there sign's of the gasket getting hot, some of the coating has flaked off! But just wondering would the water pump seals be a issue if there is no coolant in the counter balanced area. Or even would the base gasket be a issue!
