Tire Size on a 325 Trail Boss

Default Tire Size on a 325 Trail Boss

I have the take off tires and rims from my SP 500 25"tires . Will a 325 trail boss handel them? BTW the trail boss is a 2000 with 22" tires

It could handle them if you change a clutch spring. Is 22" the stock size on the boss?

Default Tire Size on a 325 Trail Boss

Keep in mind the front and back tires are not the same size on the Boss. You're also going to lose power turning the bigger wheels. You can go with the 25's all around, but it's going to make a noticeble difference in how it handles. The fronts are 23's and the rears are 22's. If you went 24 rear and 25 front, it would keep it handling characteristics closer to normal, but even then, it still will feel different. Also the fronts on the Boss are 1 inch narrower, but that shouln't be any problem at all going with the wider tire.
