Who does your Tune up?

If you're not sure what to do, stay at a Holiday Inn the day before.
Do it all myself. If you can hold a wrench, you can tune your own quad. At worst, you can come on here and ask "how to" for whatever you do to it.

I'm not too handy but I do prefer to do all my 'Tune up' work myself.
Between all of us, my family has 4 ATV's. It would cost way too much to bring them all to the dealer to get them serviced.
Besides, I enjoy it....gives me a feeling of accomplishment and I know exactly what was and what wasnt done.

Ditto here. I don't trust the stealers. I brought my KLR for a valve adjustment and tune up.....can't help but think they didn't touch the valves ecspecially since the paint on the tank bolts was not even tampered with....they charged me for it though.... Jacka$$e$.....

Besides fluids and filters. What do you all recommend to tune up on the engine ?? I have a 99 sportsman 500 that I am sure needs to have the valves checked, ect. Just wondering what needs to be checked and tuned as far as engine and carburetor goes ??
thanks,
Matt
