Default Scrambler 400 Battery troubles

I'm not sure if i need a new battery but i think i do.When i goes to start her she won't start..all she does is that she makes a clicking noise.would that be the battery. and also the bike is really spudering so you can't give her no big lot of gas because all she will do is spuder. So if your bike needs a new battery then does your bike have less power because mine defintely does know. She don't get her full power now she just spuders.
Not sure if i'm spelling these words right lol

well if it wont start with the start button or key, then yes your battery is most likely shot. put a fresh pattery in for sure. you also probably have a fouled spark plug. change the sparkplug and then go from there.

Also if you do a lot of riding in mud or water the starters tend to go bad.

you just can't 'cannot' start it tough, take the pull rope starter and it will come up after 1 pull or 2.
the alternator will 're-charge' battery then while idling.
if you have lost power then, that sound and cdi or electrical problem,i would check the ignition
coil and replace it,cost only 40$,worth the price by given more fire through the motor and let the power up.

If you do replace the battery. Get a gel. My days of dealing with those acid style are over. Good luck.
