i met a guy w/ a 700 andhe was warning me about the over heating that he and a few buddys of his w/ polaris that the because of the low location of the radiator that it plugs up all the time and over heats. so he located it on top of the front rack ( stupid if you ask me) to stop the problem. any of you having these plugged raditor problems or over heating issues?

I have had mine get hot after pushing a bunch of mud. I think that cleaning the radiator is part of routine maintenance. I used to have to do the same kind of maintenance on my old Chevy trail rig. I know when I've done something to expect this problem.

Some of the guys at work told me to remove the small screen in front of the rad so it don't get any build-up of debris and then restrict air flow going to the rad ....I did not do that ....never had a problem yet only had small build-up of air-born tree pollen and just rubbed it off.... It's All in how and where you drive!!!!plug it with mud your going to have a cooling issue!!!!!KEEP A EYE ON IT AND SEE HOW CLEAN IT STAYS.
