hey guys look at my pics and tell me if the chain tennisoner looks right for a consentric drive TB......i have been trying to put it on for a while and she wont go let me know thanks

Now I believe the concentric drive models..there is no need for a tensioner because the chain is always at the same tension..it doesnt have slop then get tight like other models..I might be wrong but I remember hearing this somewhere..

from what i've heard the concentric is more maintenance than normal systems. you will never be able to hit jumps with a concentric system without fear of the chain breaking or popping off. unless you have the tensioner anyway.

I think the chain tensior may be a good idea..i had a 91 trail boss and was doing some donuts and the chain was so tight from the tension that it gets that it snapped a huge chunck off the rear sprocket and made a huge mess of tangles and wedged against the swing arm

I agree with MaineMudder3.. The concentric chain models are at a constant tension no matter where the rear suspension is at. So I can't understand why anyone would put a chain tensioner on it. It is one of the great selling points of the concentric system. It seems to me that you should only use the chain tensioner with the non-concentric models.
