Hey my 2003 scrambler 500 drive shaft to the front diff has some play at the first u joint. It is not the ujoint but where the yoke slides over the output shaft. It does not make any noise, but with the Megamax muffler you may not here it if it was making noise. How much play is normal if any. Also how much free play does a drive belt have. The book says 1.5 inches. Mine has more. The belt looks like new and have noticed no problem with the engagement or anything. Thanks.

 

Check the roll pin in the shaft to see if its fallen out cause mine did
